  • If you can’t get a OB number, ask for the contact persons name.
  • Kriel vacant houses have one patrol per shift.
  • If a vacant house have an AC loss or failed to checkin, please report.
  • Report all no access from reaction. Management will contact customers.
  • Please treat our customers with respect over the phone, even if they are disrespectful.
  • Use : and not ; for the time separator.
